About Elephant Coast Guesthouse
The Elephant Coast Guesthouse is situated in the town of St. Lucia, gateway to iSimangaliso (the Greater St. Lucia Wetland Park), which was listed as South Africa's first World Heritage Site in December 1999 in recognition of its unique global values.
The Guesthouse is set amidst a subtropical garden neighboring the St. Lucia Nature Reserve where the forest trees reflects on a luxurious swimming pool. It has been given four star grading by the South African Tourism Grading Council.
All the elegantly furnished rooms are decorated in a modern African Style. Double rooms, Twin or Triple rooms and Family units are available. The air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms (bath & shower), tea/coffee making facilities, small fridges, hairdryers, toiletries/bathroom amenities have outside doors opening onto a terrace.
A delicious Buffet spread Breakfast is served on the patio overlooking the garden. Lunch and Dinner are not a problem as St. Lucia boasts with a variety of restaurants, most in walking distance from the guesthouse.
The Guest house is equipped with an inverter (back-up) system, in case of any power failure.
