Desert Rose Guest House and Self Catering

Desert Rose is an up-market guest house, situated in the heart of Namaqualand, Springbok, offering superb B&B and self catering accommodation at reasonable rates. The guest house was built by the owners Piet and Maralynn van Zyl in 2004, who took the necessary steps to ensure that you, their guest, have all the amenities available to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Situated in a quiet residential area, overlooking the town of Springbok, Desert Rose is a central place to stay during the flower season from July to September. Springbok is ideally situated half-way between Cape Town and Windhoek making it a perfect place for your overnight stop.

The Desert Rose Guest House is also within walking distance to restaurants, shops and banks. Enjoy a braai (BBQ) in the lapa and drink in the sheer beauty of being out in the countryside. Spectacular views of surrounding granite "koppies" and the picturesque town are available to you from the privacy your room.
