About Boutique Villa Guesthouse

Boutique Villa is a recently renovated and refurbished 30 year old manor house and cottage. We opened our doors in December 2016 and with the warm, welcoming and tranquil atmosphere and friendly young owners and efficient staff, has already become one of Somerset West’s most popular guesthouse. The 8 bedroom guesthouse and the 4 bedroom guest cottage are situated on a 4000m (sq) plot of land and has a lovely big garden and large swimming pool, not to mention beautiful mountain views.
The spacious manor house suites feature large comfortable king/twin beds and en-suite bathrooms plus free Wi-Fi, Netflix television, a bar-fridge, ceiling fans and views of the Helderberg mountains or Gordon’s Bay mountains and sea.
The cottage is also a lovely space with it’s own shared kitchenette which guests are able to use as well as the braai facilities. The rooms are queen or king size fitted with a queen or king/twin bed and all rooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers.
Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including golfing, wine tasting, cycling, hiking, beach. Cape Town is only 30min away.

Luxury Suite
Luxury upstairs suite with own separate balcony overlooking the Helderberg Mountain, garden & pool. Very spacious with en-suite bathroom (open plan, separated by very thick curtain if need be). All amenities to make your stay comfortable e.g.aircon,wi-fi.
Superior Suite
We have one Superior suite on the ground floor with a large open plan bathroom separated by a thick curtain if required.
Very spacious room with everything you need for a comfortable stay e.g. Aircon, TV, mini-fridge etc. South facing.

Standard Manor House Suite
We have 3x Standard Rooms available:
1x suite in the main house and two garden suites.
The room is slightly smaller than a deluxe suite but has everything you need to be comfortable e.g aircon, a mini-fridge...etc

This Deluxe Room is situated in a garden environment on the ground floor, with it's own patio (where smoking is permitted). There is a king sized luxury bed (or twin) with cotton linen and a recently renovated bathroom and plenty of cupboard space,

We have two garden suites available.
