A open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen are with double sleeper divan. There are puzzles and board games for the children. Kitchen leads out to a private braai area (BBQ) in a secure garden. Parking for two cars at the back of the house, Carport for a car or boat. Also to mention a gas/electric stove, fridge, microwave, small appliances and dishwashing machine. DSTV on request. There is washing line outside in the Garden.
