1 Milkwood is ideally located for both summer or winter holidays. It is well situated on the ridge, affording magnificent 180 degree sea views from East Beach, through the Kowie mouth pier, to West Beach, Kelly's Beach, Flame Lily and beyond. It is only a 500 metres stroll to Kelly's Beach, a safe swimming beach with Blue Flag status. In winter it is cosy with sunlight streaming in for most of the day and it affords great whale watching opportunities from the comfort of the lounge, kitchen, dining area or any of the bedrooms. All four bedrooms have sea views and some have golf course views too.
A refreshing alternative to cramped hotel rooms. It comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests. It has its own private garden with many of the protected Milkwood trees and the beautiful Clivias which flower early spring. The indigenous bird-life is prolific. It is in a prominent position and yet is secluded from neighbours.

A spacious carpeted room with extra-length king bed, wall mounted flat screen FHD TV and en-suite with full bathroom. It is the only bedroom on the upper ground level, so completely removed from noise of other guests. Tea and coffee making facilities.
Luxury Queen Room
The Room is a large carpeted en-suite bedroom with magnificent 180° sea views. This Queen room has the best views in the house - it is just the most unbelievable setting and the views are breathtaking.
Standard Queen Room 2
This room can be booked out either separately or with the additional Family room with 3 single beds and they share a bathroom. The Queen room is carpeted and has sea and golf course views.
