The House
The guesthouse has 3 balcony patios with 2 tables and 10 chairs, 4 loungers, 3 umbrellas, 2 braai areas.

The downstairs lounge leading to the dining room with a TV, a music center and sliding door to the outside pool patio.

The dining area is open plan to kitchen with a sliding door to the braai area and to the tree house.

The kitchen has a scullery / laundry / pantry separate from kitchen, fully equipped kitchen from a microwave oven, eye -level oven with glass top stove. The pantry has a fridge and freezer.

The scullery has a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. The Laundry leads to a quart yard with a washing line and a shower for cleaning after a day on the beach.

The upstairs lounge area TV, dstv, decoder, hifi, video machine and DVD player, relaxing lounge for reading and family time together.

There is a study office for the use of guests with free internet.

There is a beautiful wooden deck with a pool and jaccuzi in front of the guest house.

A beautiful well maintained garden with tall trees around the house. Grass area for kids to play.

There is a safe tree house for the kids.

The Rooms
Seagull’s Room,
Queen bed bedroom on the second level of house, with an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, basin and bath. The room has cupboards for 2 people. Dressing table with full length mirror, Flat Screen TV, DSTV, gas heater, hairdryer. Sliding door to a balcony overlooking the sea, lagoon and mountains.

Balcony Room
This room is ideal for a family with an extra child or person staying in Seagulls Room or the Black Oyster Room. Sharing a bathroom with Seagulls bedroom or Black Oyster room. A single bed with a side table, cupboard for one person. Curtains separate the room from the upper lounge area. Sliding door from room to a balcony overlooking the lagoon, sea and mountains.

Black Oyster Catcher
Double bedroom on the second level of house, with an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has bath, toilet, basin and a full length mirror.

Kelp Room
The Kelp room has two bunk beds on the first level of the house. This room has a bathroom with a shower basin and toilet. The room has cupboards for two people. There is a side table with a full length mirror and a hairdryer. The sliding door leads to the entrance of the guest house.

Dolphin Apartment

This apartment is located in the garden and sleeps 4 people. The apartment has 2 x Single Bed Bunk Beds, Shower bathroom. The unit has the following facilities: coffee and tea facilities, Hairdryer, clock radio, baby cot, dressing table with a 4 draw dresser, TV with DSTV (Hotel Bouquet), microwave and a small fridge.
