The living areas are open plan and the cosy and comfortable lounge flows effortlessly onto a lovely patio, the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining while admiring the sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the dining area, perfect for family meals or casual entertaining. There are three well-furnished bedrooms, the master bedroom has a spectacular ocean view and one of the bedrooms is a bunk room. The bathrooms are modern and newly renovated. The back of the house flows into a shady courtyard, fynbos garden and braai area. This home is a welcoming space to relax, enjoy long beach walks and the natural beauty that Keurbooms has to offer. Please note that the driveway is very steep and therefore only suitable for vehicles that can navigate steep driveways, in addition it is steep when one walks up or down the drive.
