Castle On The Cliff

In the early 1960s a wonderfully eccentric stone castle was built on a wild and dramatic sea cliff .It is situated on one of the most beautiful private properties in South Africa near the Robberg in Plettenberg Bay.It was constructed stone by stone that were carried from the tumbled rocks below. The Castle on the Cliff is quirky and eccentric. It is decorated in a very casual, very comfortable, very relaxed way. Cushions are laid out every day on the palisaded clifftop terraces, so you can sunbathe listening to the waves breaking below.

The Castle has four double suites, each with stunning views.It also has a bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom.
