About Bella Manga Country Escape

Bella Manga Country Escape is a country retreat on a farm only 11km from Plettenberg bay with its white sandy beaches. Our original farm buildings have been lovingly restored and converted to offer unique, stylish and spacious accommodation options whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a family holiday.

We offer comfortable, clean, well-equipped accommodation. All our rooms offer en-suite bathrooms, heaters & fans, a fridge and coffee & tea facilities. Choose from our Bed and Breakfast rooms (Authentic African Thatched Rondawel, Unique Silo or Sunny Sunbird rooms) or our comfortable Self-catering suites and Country Lodges.

On-site entertainment includes two swimming pools, a guest lounge with Satellite TV, free WiFi as well as a games room with a pool table and darts. Enjoy the popular communal African fire pit area for outdoor cooking and the star-studded sky. We are just five minutes drive from Plettenberg Bay Game Reserve and no more that 20min from most of the Plett environs attractions.

Breakfast is country style cooked and continental offerings with fresh breads, home made preserves and farm fresh eggs.

Large round thatched rondavel with en-suite - shower only. King and 1/2 singles beds. Has a couch and table with chairs. Tea/coffee making facilities, small fridge, fan, flat-screen TV, and hairdryer. Suit 3 adults or 2 adults 2 kids.
Sunbird Rooms
Comfortable rooms set in converted farm buildings. Close to the swimming pool, tea/coffee making facilities, small fridge, flat-screen tv, fan and a hairdryer in the room. En-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
Macaw Two bedroom Self-Catering Suite.
This restored farm building is a two-bedroom suite - One en-suite King bedroom, one loft bedroom with two singles, lounge area, and kitchenette. Large terrace with own braai facilities. Flat Screen TV and fan. NO CHECKIN/OUT XMAS/NEW YEAR'S DAY.
Peacock One bedroom Self-Catering Suite
This unit has an en-suite (shower) King bedroom with a separate sitting room and kitchenette. Opens onto a terrace with braai/barbeque facilities.

Nguni Country Lodge 3 (6 adults/2 kid)
Spacious s/c three-bedroomed (bunks in the main room) en-suite wooden cabin with separate bath and shower. Set in a country garden. Kitchen, lounge, indoor fireplace, large wooden deck and own braai facilities.
Silo rooms
A double en-suite room set in a converted grain silo. Two seperate rooms are up and downstairs from each other. Each has a small fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities. The top room opens onto a balcony overlooking the garden.
