About Joie de Vivre Country House
Joie de Vivre is a 3 star Country House Estate and conference venue situated in the heart of the plush Boland Winelands and only 40 minutes from the Cape Town CBD.
The country house offers a variety of rooms such as the Mountain View rooms, Garden View rooms and Poolside rooms. All rooms include fresh towels & linens, luxurious soaps, television, Wi-Fi and coffee/tea making facilities.
Guests can enjoy local attractions such as wine tasting at the local wine farms, the Spice Route, Butterfly World, big five game drives, sky diving, and shark cage diving.

Mountain facing
Mountain facing is a king room with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. There are bathroom amenities and coffee/tea making facilities. There is also a communal kitchen on the property for self-catering needs.
Honeymoon Suite
You can make your honeymoon night amazing by adding a bottle of wine, flowers, and a perfume gift pack. Honeymoon Suite is fitted with a king bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a communal kitchen on the property.
Side Rooms
Side rooms are our smaller rooms. Situated on the outside of the guesthouse close to the parking lot. Mountain views. Side Rooms is a king room with an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combo. There is also a communal kitchen on the property.
Back Rooms
Rooms are at the back of the country house. Back Rooms are quadruple rooms with a king bed and bunk bed for 2 kids and there is a bathroom with a shower only. There is also a communal kitchen on the property for self-catering needs.
Swimming Pool Room 11
Situated in the courtyard close to the swimming pool 1 and braai area. Swimming Pool Room 11 is a king room with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a communal kitchen on the property for self-catering needs.
Swimming Pool Rooms 12 & 13
Situated in the courtyard close to the swimming pool 1 and braai area. Swimming Pool Rooms 12 & 13 is a king room with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a communal kitchen on the property for self-catering needs.

Situated in the courtyard close to the swimming pool and braai area. Please note that these rooms come with a king bed, but 2 singles can be added extra for kids on request. There is also a communal kitchen on the property for self-catering needs.
