About Willemsrivier Trekpad Guest Houses
We are a self catering guest farm 4 km from Nieuwoudtville with only 2 km gravel road. All the unique farm style houses are fully equipped with 2-plaat stofie, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster; full bathroom with bath and shower; electric blankets, linen and towels. We have 12 houses and 20 rooms; but can accommodate big groups of 42-53 guest. Here are plenty to see and do, flowers always “weather permitting”! Willemsrivier is a historic (1745) working sheep farm with lots of history and things to experience – we even have a small museum on the farm as well as old fashioned tractors!

Blomhuis Cottage Shower UncercoverBraai
This is a very old sandstone building with thick walls. It has 3 bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds) with 2 bathrooms. It also housed an outside braai on the undercover stoep. The one bedroom has en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Meulhuis Cottage Inside Braai
Meulhuis has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a full bathroom, open-plan kitchen, living area with indoor braai on a sheltered covered patio. First bedroom twin beds, second bedroom three single beds, bed in the open-plan living area.
Peperboom family students InsideBraai
Peperboom-house is perfectly suited for a family or students.It has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom between the two bedrooms. Inside fireplace/braai as well as outside braai area.
Annex shower only InsideBraai
Annex has 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other one has four single beds. It has a full bath, an open-plan kitchen, an indoor braai area that is also suitable for warm nights and a braai. Patio and an outside braai. Fenced.
JoodseWinkel Insidebraai onebedroom
This house has one bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed and sofa bed. Two to three people can sleep here. It has a full bathroom and an open plan kitchen with a living area and fireplace suitable for a braai.
SandCastle covered braai
SandCastle is a house with two rooms - the one is the living area/kitchen/bedroom and the other room is the bathroom with bath and shower. Even though small, the house is well planned. Two people can sleep here. There is also an undercover outside braai.
Waenhuis covered braai
Waenhuis is a house with two rooms - the one in the living area/kitchen/bedroom and the other room is the bathroom with bath and shower. Even though small, the house is well planned. Two people can sleep here. There is an undercover braai on the stoep.
BakOond inside braai
BakOond is a one-bedroom house, with a full bathroom (bath and shower), as well as an open plan with a sitting room/kitchen and an braai inside. It's the perfect getaway for any couple. We could accommodate a maximum of 2 people in this farm style cottag.
