About Twin Thorns Guesthouse

A superior Guesthouse, Twin Thorns is easily reachable and situated at the south western boundary of SARAGOSSA GAME RESERVE, surrounded by beautiful gardens and the neighbouring farm land.

The original homestead, built in the 1920s, was recently restored to preserve its old world atmosphere and original charm. In keeping with the grand style of a farmstead, all suites and rooms are decorated with love and elegance.

The leisure rooms include a cosy lounge with an open fireplace, a dining room and beautiful veranda. The veranda looks out onto farm gardens planted with abundance of flowers, shrubs, trees, veggies and fruits.

Up to 12 guests can be accommodated in the main farm house and the cottage. Twin Thorns Guesthouse comprises of three standard rooms and three spacious suites. The cottage can be booked as a self-catering unit for a maximum of 4 adults plus 2 children.

The standard rooms are designed to accommodate up to two guests. They consist of a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower and/or bath. All rooms have king-size beds, Egyptian cotton bed linen, a mini bar, coffee and tea making facilities with espresso machine, a hairdryer, a safe, WLAN and ceiling fans.
Suite
The suites are suitable for single or double occupancy. Each suite has a comfortable and spacious lounge with a fireplace, a bedroom and en suite modern bathroom equipped with a bath. All rooms have king-size beds, Egyptian cotton bed linen, a mini bar, coffee and tea making facilities with espresso machine, a hairdryer, a safe and ceiling fans.
Cottage
The freestanding cottage is situated close to the farmhouse. It has two suites with twin or double beds, two lounges with a fireplace, a separate kitchen and outside dining area and fire pit. All rooms have king-size beds, Egyptian cotton bed linen, a mini bar, coffee and tea making facilities, a hairdryer, a safe, WLAN and ceiling fans.
