About Blue Crane Farm
Blue Crane Farm is a beautiful fly fishing venue with spectacular self catering cottages in Dullstroom, Mpumalanga. The farm is situated halfway between Belfast and Dullstroom. It is a short 10-minute drive from the town with all amenities including shops, restaurants, and attractions.
The farm boasts two beautiful dams where guests can enjoy fly fishing. Bird watching is also a very popular activity on the farm due to the big variety of land and water bird species that visit.
Endangered bird species such as the Crowned Crane and Blue Crane can also be spotted. The venue offers beautiful scenery with free roaming game species such as Springbuck, Blesbuck, Zebra, Hartebeest and Vaal Rhebuck.
We offer guests the chance to hike or cycle on well kept paths on the farm.
The gravel road leading to the farm is suitable for vehicles with a low- or high clearance.

Lawrenny is a beautiful 2 sleeper cottage that can accommodate 2 adults. The unit comprises a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (with shower), an open-plan living -with a sleeper couch/dining area, and a small open-plan kitchen. Built-in braai on the patio
