About AfriCamps Waterberg
AfriCamps Waterberg is a tranquil bushveld glamping camp located in the heart of the Waterberg plateau in Limpopo. The camp offers a range of activities amidst serene bush scenery. Situated 2,5 hours from Pretoria, the camp is easily accessible and provides an opportunity to experience the unspoiled wilderness of the Waterberg Biosphere. Located within a 2500-hectare game reserve, this camp offers a family-friendly wildlife experience in a malaria-free environment. Guests can enjoy horseback game viewing safaris, guided game drives, hiking, astronomy shows, and birdwatching.
Our tents are equipped with an indoor fireplace and ceiling fans. Enjoy a braai on our spacious wooden decks and take in the views from the comfortable deck loungers. Pull up the front and side panels and transform the tent into a large outdoor living area. Classic tent (hot tub)
Each Africamps tent features a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area with a couch, an indoor fireplace, and a solid wooden table with seating for five. The tents comfortably sleep up to five guests in two bedrooms, each fitted with an extra-length queen-size bed (including an extra single bunk bed in the second bedroom) made with electric blankets with ceiling fans. For maximum privacy, each bedroom has its own private access to an en-suite bathroom featuring a large rain shower, washbasin, and flushing toilet.
