About Millgate Cottage
Within five acres, Millgate's two guest cottages, three guest suites and two farmhouse style units welcome the weary city-dweller to stress-free country-style living. Wander through our lovely gardens or climb up into our forest to the sound of birdsong.
In total Millgate Cottage's seven accommodation units can sleep up to 29 people while its bistro can seat up to 30 people making it an ideal location for mini conferences and private parties. A conference room is also available for workshops, conferences, presentations and even small weddings.
Our German Bistro and bakery offers German cuisine and baked goods daily, Wednesday to Sunday, 8am till 5pm.Also on site is a nine-hole mini golf course surrounded by lush gardens. Located at the centre of the Midlands Meander, bursting with arts and crafts as well as sites of particular interest like Kamberg rock art and the Mandela capture site, visitors are offered plenty of interesting sites to see.
Respecting the privacy of our guests, Millgate Cottage if a self-catering, self-service establishment. However long-stay guests automatically have their linen changed and unit serviced every three days on request. Daily servicing for both long and short-stay guests can be arranged. .
