Here the hillsides come alive in spring and summer with abundant wild flowers, the cold autumns are an array of burnt orange and amber, and crisp, chilly winters offer a frost-laden air with snow-capped Drakensberg mountain peaks in the distance and sometimes even snow on the ground.
Each charming unit has a private entrance, DStv and DVD player, heater, electric blanket, fine Egyptian linen, fluffy white gowns and complimentary tea and coffee.
Most have a fireplace, verandah, underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen and barbecue.
