At Stay at 12 Guest House, we strive to offer a homely environment to all our guests. Thus our Motto is “Welcome home” The guest house is conveniently situated in a quiet neighbourhood in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. The Guest house is easily accessible and situated close to local schools, CBD, Municipal Offices, shopping centres and the Industrial Area.
Accommodation comprises 5 units suited to accommodate up to 12 guests. The units on offer include Rose, Lavender, Hydrangea, Cosmos and Arum Lily. All units come equipped with comfortable beds, an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, kitchenette, television, DStv, and Wi-Fi.
We offer guests secure undercover parking for their vehicles, free of charge. Whether you visit our Guesthouse for business or pleasure, the warm and personal touch will make your stay memorable!

The family unit has 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second room has 2 Single beds. The unit shares a bathroom with a shower and there is an outdoor braai area.
Twin Room
This room can accommodate 2 guests and has 2 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The unit has a kitchenette and a television with DStv. Other in-room facilities include Wi-Fi and coffee/tea facilities.
