Nestled on a picturesque Game Reserve, only 15.9 kilometers outside of Nelspruit, on the “Genesis Route” that lies in the heart of Mpumalanga in the Makhonjwa Mountain Range, you will find the 4 stars rated Nirvana Country House. It boasts views of the De Kaap Valley escarpment and also views of Malelane in the distance. The nature reserve is home to a myriad of general game species (including giraffe, zebra, and wildebeest) and The Jane Goodall Institute - Chimpanzee Eden. The expansive decks, rolling gardens, decadent suspended daybeds, cheerful swings, and spa treatments are but a few of the features that make Nirvana Country House a heavenly experience.

Nirvana Country House also features a variety of conference facilities, a rock swimming pool, a tennis court, and a surprising bird selection.

So you can either relax next to the pool on our unique daybeds while listening to nature all around you and the soft tones of tranquil music or take a walk in the gardens around the country house after a visit to the Chimps. You may just meet Eugene Cussons on the way or at his Paramotor training school and explore this thrilling new hobby! Note the wildlife is also often spotted on the grounds to the delight of guests. Don’t be alarmed!
