Area Information:
Langebaan is a town in the Western Cape province of South Africa on the eastern shore of Langebaan Lagoon. Langebaan is situated 120 km north of Cape Town, just off the R27, about 28 km from Vredenburg and 20 km from Saldanha Bay. The Lagoon stretches for 17 km from Saldanha Bay, past Langebaan to Geelbek in the South. In places, it is up to 4 km wide.

Langebaan is part of the West Coast Flower Route and a popular spot to come admire all the beauty the flowering season has to offer.

It is also hugely popular for water sports. Many days the skies are filled with kite surfers, windsurfers and yachting. Long walks on the beach are well known to make any visitor enjoy the sunny days and sea-filled air much more!

No smoking permitted
No misbehavior of any kind will be tolerated - no loud parties or special events like 21st Birthdays, Bachelor / Bachelorette Parties, Matric Farewells, etc.
If at any time there are more people on the premises than agreed, penalties will be liable
Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival, forfeit a set amount of R1000
Please note - a R1000 Admin Fee will be charged in addition to Cancellation Policy on all cancellations
Check in is from 16:00 on day of arrival
Check out no later than 10:00 on day of departure
Late check outs will result in additional charges

Breakage Deposit:
Breakage Deposit will be used to settle costs should it be required. Breakage Deposit will be refunded 10 days after departure date. Any costs incurred to restore the house to the condition prior to the point of check-in will be deducted for the Breakage Deposit. Should the Breakage Deposit not be enough to cover damages or costs, the responsible person in terms of this agreement remains responsible for additional costs.

Sensiri (Pty) Ltd will in no event be liable for any injury, fatality or damage to property or persons on the premises
