Golden Rock

Entering this house through the oversized, custom made front door is a magical experience. The sweeping, floating staircases connecting the two levels are pieces of art in their own right. Soft down lighting provides a tranquil atmosphere in this stately home. The Upper Level has a spacious living area with a fully functional bar overlooking the over- sized dining room table. Stack doors enhance the panoramic view from the covered patio over the Langebaan lagoon and surrounding areas. There is an inside barbeque as well as a built in one on the patio.
The Open Plan kitchen is serviced with a fully-fitted walk-in pantry as well as a scullery.
The Upper Level also hosts the vast master suite with an open plan, en-suite bathroom containing a spa bath and walk in shower. This room boasts under floor heating, stunning views over the lagoon and access to the large wraparound balcony.
The Ground Level is self-contained with a fully functional kitchen, a spacious entertainment area and 5 guest bedrooms. All the bedrooms are spacious, luxuriously decorated and have under floor heating. Sliding doors lead out onto the lower patio where a third under cover barbeque allows for more outdoor entertainment.
Servant’s quarters with shower and toilet is attached to the house. Garaging facilities are substantial, catering for a tall boat and a multiple number of cars. There is also a great deal of onsite parking area.
This home can compete with any international high- end property anywhere in the world; an entertainer’s dream.
