Lalibela Mark's Camp

Mark’s Camp is our family-friendly lodge, decorated in a relaxed Pan-African style. Accommodating up to 18 adults and 8 children, it offers a warm, inviting atmosphere ideal for families and small groups. Each comfortably furnished chalet features an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans for warm summer nights, and a private viewing deck.

Room Types at Mark’s Camp:
4 Standard Rooms – sleep 2 adults and 1 child (7 or younger)
3 Family Rooms – sleep 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults
1 Large Family Suite – sleeps 4 adults and 2 children (12 or younger), with 2 en-suite bedrooms and a shared lounge

A key highlight of Mark’s Camp is the rich birdlife, often visible from the chalets, pool decks, and central lounge. The lodge overlooks a large waterhole, frequently visited by wildlife, offering guests unforgettable sightings from the comfort of the lodge.

Dining is a memorable experience, with a gracious indoor dining area and an open-air boma for fireside dinners and al fresco brunches under the African sky.

Mark’s Camp is the only lodge offering both professional childminding services and a dedicated kiddies program.
