About Sensayuma Backpackers
Sensayuma is a luxury beach backpackers and are striving to give you the ultimate backpacking experience possible with spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. All of our rooms and Dorms have en-suite bathrooms with piping hot high-pressure showers and fans to keep you cool. We have heaps of space with a huge open plan communal kitchen, lounge, dining area, library room, bar area, braai areas, various decks and big garden with lots of chill spots, and two pools. A separate hot water ablution facility and outdoor kitchen is available for campers.

This room has its own massive en-suite bathroom and changing nook. It is elegantly styled in the theme of the local indigenous Nguni Cow of Zululand. It has its own private entrance, which can be accessed from the car park.Complimentary tea and coffee.
Double Room:Cheeky Monkey
The best room we have to offer. It has a en-suite bathroom with shower facing the ocean. From the large bed you have a fantastic view looking through the palm trees. Pure bliss is felt when staying In this room. Free tea and coffee in the room.
Double Room:Tree Tops
This en-suite double bed room is the all time favorite when staying at Sensayuma. The views from this room are spectacular, with the river mouth and bay stretching out before you as you relax in the king size bed. Complimentary tea and coffee is available
Sunshine Dorm
This bright funky room is massive with high ceilings so you never feel short of space. This dorm sleeps 8 people in comfortable wooden bunk beds. There is a shared en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. Beautifull views facing the ocean.
Green Mango Dorm
This comfortable six sleeper is perfect for a group of friends. It is equipped with 3 comfortable wooden bunk beds and in a tranquil spot next to the library. It has an en suite shared bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.There are 2 plug points.
Camping Site
There are 8 campsites by the pool. All of the campsites are on flat comfy grass with ample shade and surrounded by our luxuriant garden. Power-points and taps are available and there are hot water showers and toilets as well as an outdoor kitchen.
