Thesen Island Villas offers the choice of two 3 Bedroom double-storey houses, Villa Q9 or A22 as below.
Thesen Island Villa Q9, located on the quiet Quill Island allows easy access to the waterways for swimming, canoeing or boating and the opportunity to enjoy the laid back Thesen Island lifestyle.
Main room with king size bed and dressing room, overlooking waterways and pool area, en-suite with separate bath & shower. Second room with 2 single beds (can be converted to king) and a ¾ daybed for a third person, direct access to the wrap-around patio and downstairs living areas, en-suite with separate bath & shower. Third room (separate entrance) with queen size bed and private patio area, en-suite with shower only. Two bedrooms have air conditioning and the third, a ceiling fan. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and finishes and leads to a scullery and laundry, with private courtyard and clothesline. The kitchen flows to the open plan dining and entertainment areas, opening to the pool deck, covered built in barbeque (braai) facility and entertainment area. The lounge offers full DSTV, gas fireplace and ceiling fan. Guest water closet located with living areas. A small swimming pool provides space for sunbathing overlooking the waterways.
