The first level offers a large study area with natural light flooding through the timber roof trusses, looking out over the lagoon towards the Knysna Heads. A private seating and television area provides surround sound throughout the suite and opens onto a private deck offering views of the Knysna Heads. The walk-in closet opens onto the spa-like bathroom with its crystal chandelier, his and hers basins, heated towel rail and separate water closet. Guests may choose to dine in the 4 star Restaurant Daniela's @ The Lodge, which is within walking distance from The Villa, safe to walk and cycle, also offers guests free bicycles to use as well as kayaks should they wish to explore the Knysna lagoon. Breakfast is also served in the Restaurant @ Leisure Isle Lodge daily and the guests can amble back to High Tide Villa should they wish to spend the day relaxing by the pool or relax in the Skin Renewal Spa.

The dining table offers ample space for effortless entertaining with easy access to the open plan, bespoke kitchen sporting superior finishes and appliances. The north facing breakfast room opens into the television lounge, offering a third, open plan, yet private living space. The property also offers a swimming pool, garden and a gym.
