Knysna Hollow is beautifully set in a secluded 3-acre garden environment in the heart of the Garden Route. Knysna is well known for its rich forests and the stunning lagoon. For the nature lover, Knysna is home to a myriad of fauna and flora, the elusive Knysna Loerie and the fabled Knysna Elephants. The modern Cape Country Manor House is the focal point of the estate, housing the restaurant, bar, reception, sun deck and library. The restaurant, Social Eatery, serves casual local food throughout the day and Social Bar is the ideal spot to enjoy an ice-cold Craft Beer on tap or a bespoke Gin & Tonic. The wine list offers a range of unique South African wines from independent estates and the small wine cellar provides the option of choosing a premium wine.

Knysna Hollow accommodates guests in 44 spacious and well equipped contemporary Garden Suites, situated in lush gardens, with private patios overlooking the gardens with two sparkling swimming pools.

The town of Knysna is a 5-minute drive from Knysna Hollow and offers an eclectic mix of shops, boutiques and restaurants, and is a good base from which to explore the heart of the Garden Route. The nearby (3kms) Knysna Waterfront and Thesen Islands also offer all-day waterside shopping and dining options, as well as a variety of activities and excursions including ocean-based whale-watching in season, lagoon cruises and sailing charters.
