These Villas offer travellers and their friends and families the opportunity to stay offsite from Kanonkop House in their own especially selected Villa, whether on the golf course or the beach, and to be hosted by the award winning Kanonkop Team.

The Private Villa at Knysna Heights Villa is a luxurious split-level house on three levels situated in the prime location of the Knysna Ridge and overlooking private forest with stunning views across the Knysna Lagoon and River all the way to the iconic sandstone "Heads' and the Indian Ocean beyond. An easy 5 minutes from the centre of town with restaurants, shopping and actitives and 10 minutes to the nearest beach.

Wraparound verandas and decks with private rimflow pool allow guests to make the most of the South African outdoor lifestyle. Facilities include 3 en-suite bedrooms, 2 lounge areas, satellite TV, large plasma screen, integrated music system and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room.

The Villa is serviced by its own private breakfast chef and hospitality team. The Kanonkop House concierge team is available to look after guests every need and to compile tailor made packages to experience the very best that the Garden Route has to offer.

The Villa Collection was created for the enjoyment of the discerning traveller to South Africa in order to experience our wonderful hospitality and the natural splendour of the local area from the privacy of their own 'home'. The opportunity exists to tailor make the services guests require from babysitters to 'braai masters' and private chefs should they choose to spend an evening 'dining in' in the privacy of their villa. The rates are graded from a minimum to a maximum number of guests and include breakfast, drinks (beer, wine, soft and hot beverages), daily cleaning, unlimited wifi and off-street parking.

The Private Villa at Knysna Heights Villa is perched above private forest with 180-degree views of river, lagoon and mountains beyond. It takes full advantage of its spectacular position with adventurous architectural proportions, minimalist décor and the relaxed, luxury typical of fine African living. Large glass doors on every side of the living area open to decks and verandahs on every side so that guests can easily enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and beautiful views that make Knysna, South Africa such a desirable destination. The bedrooms of the Private Villa at Knysna Heights offers guest the following: Lagoon Views Room: The main bedroom is decorated in cool earthy tones. It is defined by the uninterrupted views of the lagoon, river and mountains beyond. .The room consist of an extra length king size bed (twin converstion possible), a spacious walk in closet and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower, his and hers basins, and luxury bath amenities. The bedroom opens via sliding glass doors to a private outdoor balcony which provides a relaxing private space for guests. The Red Room: The second bedroom is on the lower ground floor and offers views through the forest to the lagoon. The rimflow pool can be switched on to enjoy the sounds of private waterfall in the forest outside. The spacious bedroom is equipped with an extra length king-size bed (can be converted to twins) . The en-suite bathroom includes a separate shower with forest views. The Blue Room: The third bedroom is opposite the Blue Room on the lower ground floor and looks towards the indigenous forest and has an extra length king-size bed (can be converted to twins). A bath and luxury amenities awaits in the en-suite bathroom.
