Kalahari Tented Camp

Located on a red sand dune in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, Kalahari Tented Camp overlooks a waterhole in the dry Auob River bed. It lies a short distance from Mata-Mata Rest Camp, where guests can access fuel and basic provisions. The camp offers desert tents with canvas, wood, and sand finishes that reflect the natural tones of the surrounding landscape. Each unit includes a private veranda, en-suite bathroom, and a kitchen area. There is no restaurant on-site, so guests prepare their own meals. A swimming pool provides a place to cool off, and the remote setting offers a quiet, immersive experience.
