iHlozi Bush Lodge

Ihlozi Lodge is a luxurious 4-star bush lodge, the ultimate getaway where guests can unwind and experience the tranquillity of the unspoilt bush. Nestled within the exclusive Kuleni Game Park, the lodge is conveniently located just 18 km from Hluhluwe town.

You have options! Book the entire lodge for up to 8 adults and 2 children (fold-up cots available upon request) on a self-catering basis, or opt for the Chalet, accommodating up to 4 adults and 4 children (it might be a snug fit!). For couples, our Love Room is perfect?available with meals prepared by our US-trained owner (seasonally), or you can choose the self-catering option. Peace room is also a great choice, as it boasts a Queen bed and separate TV room!

The Villa: Enter through two large wooden doors into an open-plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area, and lounge, all of which are wheelchair accessible. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large double-door fridge-freezer, ample food storage, a 5-plate gas stove, and an oven.

The Villa's main living area opens onto a spacious deck featuring an outdoor lounge, dining table, and braai, providing guests with the perfect vantage point to view local wildlife wandering through the bush garden. On either side of the main living area are two en-suite bedrooms and a TV room.

The Chalet: From the main living area, enjoy a short walk through the garden along raised walkways that are beautifully lit at night, creating an incredible outdoor ambience. The walkways lead to a swimming pool, a second bar and lounge area, and two additional en-suite bedrooms. The four air-conditioned bedrooms are furnished with either king or queen-size beds, each boasting en-suite bathrooms and outdoor showers.

Our newest addition is the Family Cabin, which features two single beds joined to form a king, and a loft that comfortably sleeps three children, plus a cot or crib for a little one. Rustic yet modern, the cabin includes a deluxe shower, washer and dryer, fridge, gas stove and oven, and plenty of pantry space. Please note: The Cabin is offered on a self-catering basis only, due to its remote location and family-style amenities. This is the only unit available for one-night stays and suitable for children under 6, so be sure to book it while you can!
