Albizia Camp

Albizia Camp is located on a small private nature reserve near Hluhluwe. The camp is situated on a breezy hilltop with a view towards the west of the surrounding countryside and hills. It is approximately 20 minutes drive from the town of Hluhluwe and 40 minutes from Hluhluwe iMfolozi Game Reserve.

The nature reserve has many species of wildlife including giraffes, wildebeest, impalas, zebras, hippos and leopards. The camp is unfenced, so there is a chance to encounter the wildlife inside the camp. There is a self-guided trail which can be walked during daylight hours and a guide is available for longer guided walks.

The site hosts both local and international youth groups on educational trips and is an ideal base for learning more about conservation whilst giving youths a personal experience of the African bush.
The students are accommodated in canvas tents that are furnished with comfortable beds and bedding.

The campsite is also available to book by private individuals.
