La Gratitude Villa

Bordered on both sides by protected fynbos, La Gratitude Villa is a wonderfully historic holiday home with a prime location overlooking the bay in Hermanus. The home was the first house built on this stretch of the coast in 1917 and, today, remains the closest house to Hermanus’ most popular and largest beach, Grotto Beach. Designed to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay, the self-catering colonial villa can accommodate up to ten guests in its beautifully appointed rooms. Leisure facilities include a cosy lounge with a central fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room and an outdoor entertainment area with a built-in braai and a multi-functional Jacuzzi.
