About Amery House

Amery House is a Tuscan villa in the heart of Port Elizabeth's Summerstrand, a central suburb close to the city's golden beaches and shopping complexes and just 10 minutes from the airport. Extra spacious rooms create a peaceful haven in which you can relax and enjoy the views across open bushlands, surrounded by the gentle chirping of birds. There's a real feeling of being well outside of the city. The suites have king size beds, crisp white linen, gowns and slippers and air con for those balmy summer nights. All the premium guest house amenities such as satellite plasma TVs and honesty bars are at your disposal. The en suite bathrooms have both baths and showers while one suite even has a skylight shower, giving you the feeling of standing in the rain under the stars. The villa is set in a lush garden with a pool. You could sunbathe on your room's private balcony or meet other guests in the communal spaces to swap sightseeing tips. Your day will begin with a scrumptious continental breakfast or you might be surprised with a custom culinary delight made by the resident owner chef. Dinners can be prepared on request.
