Private entrance with safe parking. House has big rooms and high ceiling (cool in summer). 1 minute away from the beach and Gordon's Bay Village with eg. Sunset Bay Spur, Pizzeria, Fish monger. Woolworths Food is just behind the house where there is a Gym (with personal trainers) and other handy little shops. Spar is within 2 minute walk and in this area there are a hair dresser, Biltong shops, etc. At the Old Harbour you’ll find a lovely harbour wall to walk on, the traditional cray fish boats, sailing club, National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) and a few restaurants. At the New Harbour there is a great boardwalk with even more restaurants. Gordon’s Bay has one of the best rated police stations and a quaint little Post Office next to it at the beach front. The Navy’s sports field is a block away where you can play with your dogs and kids and maybe fly your kite or radio controlled helicopter – there is also a squash- and tennis court. Gordon’s Bay is 4 min from the N2 and 42km from Cape Town International Airport.
