About Oak Lane Cottages
Our self-catering cottages on the farm Kromme Rivier in the Elgin Valley, offer friends and family an affordable, convenient and refreshing break. Surrounded by beautiful Oak trees our accommodation consists of seven fully equipped farm cottages, each with their own indoor fireplace, garden and braai area. We also offer 3 overnight rooms that accommodate guests for a short stay. The function hall is available for bookings and accommodates small parties, groups or conferences.
Activities on the farm include mountain biking on our own trails (Lebanon Mtb Trails) which start and end at the cottages, jogging, hiking, bird watching, and team building. Guests are also welcome to swim in the farm dam or picnic on the grassy banks. There are several wedding venues, farmstalls, restaurants and wine farms in close proximity. All this makes a stay at Oak Lane Cottages the perfect country break away.

Granny Smith Cottage
Granny Smith cottage perfectly accommodates families or small groups. It offers one double bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds. The cottage has one large bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet. There is the option of further accommodation in an ajoining third bedroom that can sleep 3 in a single bed and bunk beds.
The cottage is fully equipped for self-catering in an open plan kitchen/dining and has an indoor fire and outside braai facilities.
Golden Delicious Cottage
Golden Delicious cottage perfectly accommodates families or small groups. It offers one double bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds. The cottage has one bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet and is fully equipped for self-catering in an open plan kitchen/dining with an indoor fire for those chilly Elgin evenings. There are outside braai facilities and garden seating.

Starking cottage perfectly accommodates families or small groups. It offers one double bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. The cottage has one bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet and is fully equipped for self-catering in an open plan kitchen/dining with an indoor fire for those chilly Elgin evenings. Bon Rouge Cottage
Bon Rouge Cottage can comfortably accommodate families and small groups up to 6 people. Its facilities include a double bedroom and second bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds. A sleeper couch in the living room is also available. The cottage has a single bathroom with bath, basin and toilet and fully equipped kitchen and open plan living area with indoor fireplace. Outside braai facilities in a garden setting are available.

Songold is cozy cottage that sleeps 2, in a pretty garden setting. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and has a fireplace. Outside braai facilities are available.
