About Kunguru Lodge

Kunguru Lodge is in the heart of the Elgin Valley, just past the town of Grabouw. There are 24 rooms - 13 en-suite timber cabins, 10 en-suite safari style tents under canvas and one unique boat room. The Wildcats Pub and Restaurant set in the magnificent gardens with swimming pool, provide a perfect setting for the lodge.

A popular venue for individuals, companies, conferences and special functions, just one hour from Cape Town. It is central as a base to visit many major attractions such as the White Sharks, Hermanus, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Elgin Valley wine estates. Activities offered from the lodge are clay pigeon and archery, amazing races, volley ball and many single track mountain biking trails.

Our conference venue accommodates up to 80 delegates for day conferences and 46 on twin sharing basis for overnight, or 66 on twin and triple sharing. Half day, full day and overnight conference and teambuilding packages are available.
