About Kamberg Mountain Shadows
Kamberg Mountain Shadows sits in the Kamberg Valley along Highmoor road, bordering on the Little Mooi River, just a few kilometres short of the Highmoor Reserve. Previously known as Mountain Shadows, the property was purchased in early 2017 and the new owners decided it needed more than a splash of paint and tidy up. After nearly a year of new building works with additional accommodation and a new restaurant for our local customers (including those guests not wanting to prepare all their own meals).

Highmoor House
This beautiful house has been superbly fitted out and together with its garden and spectacular views is fit for a king. Overly large for the 2 en suite bedrooms. The Annex (that can sleep 3) can be used as part of this house to sleep 7 in total.
Little Mooi
A beautiful cottage with 2 bedrooms, both en suite and can sleep 4 adults. Fitted kitchen/dining area and loungewith a fireplace to keep you warm and cosy. It has a covered patio with spectacular mountain views and a braai.
Lebanon
The cottage is beautifully appointed, with 3 double bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and 1 twin bedded room. It has stunning views of the mountains from its covered patio and braai area.
Cleopatra
The cottage is beautifully appointed, with 3 double bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and 1 twin bedded room. It has stunning views of the mountains from its covered patio and braai area.
Kamberg Cottage
Two well-appointed large bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 three quarter beds. It is an amazing four sleeper with an open plan kitchen. The covered patio has spectacular views of the mountains
The Annex
It comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed and the other with a three quarter bed. It can be used as part of Highmoor House.
Erskine Cottage
Two bed room cottage with stunning views. It has a covered patio with a braai. There is a fireplace to keep you warm and cosy.
Shadows Lodge
Two of these have a king size bed and the other 3 has 2 twin beds. All 5 rooms have en suite bathrooms. There is a large shared covered veranda. There is a fully functional communal kitchen & BBQ area next to it.
