About Duke of Bedford Inn
In the heart of the picturesque village of Bedford you’ll find a charming little establishment called ‘The Duke of Bedford Inn’. The old Victorian hotel, which for many years stood here in ruin, has been lovingly restored and upgraded and 11 comfortable en-suite rooms have been created within the original old stone walls. In the traditional wing the worn old wooden floors bare testament to the history of the building and wherever possible as much of the old has been retained to enhance the new.

Traditional Delux Apartment
Executive accommodation with spacious living/dining area and ensuite bathroom. Can be booked as a two-bedroom interleading apartment.
The Duke's Lodge
Three large double, twin or king ensuite bedrooms in The Duke's Lodge - a stone's throw from The Duke of Bedford. Self-catering or breakfast included accommodation with a balcony and beautiful view of the mountain. Suitable for group bookings.
The Quarters
Set at the bottom of the hotel garden, our newest four rooms at The Quarters are spacious and private and provide the ideal setting for a small group getaway.
Gatehouse
This gated rustic cottage is perfect for pet-owners and offers private self-catering accommodation.
