""We had a lovely stay at Loerie Hide during the IronMan 70.3 event in East London. The LH is situated in a quite corner, and overlooks a lush valley. It was tranquil and quite affording us some time to forget about the storm on our insides (participants in the race) and the hustle and bustle of the main beach front area. Each morning we awoke to tranquil bird song. Lovely pool to allow soaking of tired legs, and extremely friendly and efficient staff members with a good breakfast each morning. We did battly slightly with the two storeys of stairs up to ground/parking level on the morning after the race, but all in all enjoyed our stay very much.""
