About Umhlanga Lodge

Luxury air conditioned rooms set in the upmarket La Lucia / Umhlanga Rocks area. We are situated in a tranquil peaceful and private section with walled and gated parking. All rooms are en-suite. We have a common guest kitchenette and lounge area with its own private entrance. A stunning pool with patio are available for our guests to use. A barbeque can be arranged on special request. The cost of the rooms start from R890 per night and R300 per person there after. We are situated 20 minutes from King Shaka international, 5 min from the bustling Umhlanga village, 12 min to Durban central, 5 min to the Gateway or a two minute drive to La Lucia mall. A mere 200km from the game parks and Drakensberg.

Umhlanga Lodge is ideal for the one night stay over or a holiday getaway.

We have a swimming pool for the guests to use at no extra charge and a Jacuzzi that has to be pre-booked at a rate of R380 per session (the Jacuzzi is drained and refilled after each session)

VVL 4 has the option of splitting the king size bed into two seperate single beds, this room has a ceiling fan only and no aircon

Upmarket private room, the King size bed can be separated to make 2 single beds and pool access Via the back door.
3 Rooms with kitchenette
Luxury bedrooms, all ensuite leading onto a lounge and small kitchenette. 2 of the rooms have a king-size bed and one has a double bed. Room one also has a sleeper couch. Full access to the swimming pool and entertainment area.
