About Sica's Guest House
Sica's Guest House is ideally nestled on three acres of tranquil gardens in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, with easy access to beaches and shopping malls. The property offers perfectly appointed rooms with air conditioning, tea/coffee-making facilities, TVs, toiletries, and en-suite bathrooms. Facilities and services include a restaurant, a bar, daily housekeeping, a tennis court, a swimming pool, and Wi-Fi.
Accommodation Options
Queen Bed Full Bathroom
The rooms all have a bath and a shower en-suite with a queen sized bed. Some of these rooms are on the ground floor or in the main guest house. Main guest house has 3 rooms - all of this type.
King Bed - shower Only
Two beds together converted into a king sized bed by mattress. King sized linen. These are new rooms. These are all on the first floor and spacious. Most popular rooms in the guest house.
Family Room
We only have one family room with a queen sized bed and 2x single beds in a side room. Full bathroom. This room is on the ground floor. Great Wifi reception as it is next to a conference room.
Queen Bed - Shower Only
Queen sized bed in a large comfortable room. Room has shower only. These rooms are on the ground and first floor and have a garden area in front of the rooms.
Twin Singles - Shower Only
Two twin beds in the room make it ideal for people to share.
Shower only. Some of these rooms do have sleeper couches that can accommodate small children. Most of the rooms are on the 1st floor.
Twin Queen - Shower Only
These are large room with 2 x Queen sized beds in each room with shower only. These rooms open up into the Garden and are popular for families with kids.
Queen Bed - Bath with Shower
These rooms are spacious and have queen sized beds. The rooms have a tub with a shower in the tub. Some of the rooms are on the ground floor and other on the 1st floor.
Self Catering Apartment
This is our largest apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen lounge and balcony. You unfortunately have to walk through the one bedroom to access the 2nd bedroom. Ideal for families wanting self catering accommodation.
