About Avilla House
We have 6 en-suite rooms, all air-conditioned with some having access to a separate entrance to ensure privacy. Our bedrooms are tastefully decorated, wrapped in 100% cotton linen, and include TV's with DStv channels (hotel bouquet) and tea/coffee trays.
For a small intimate conference venue away from the hustle and bustle of the office, look no further as we will cater for board meetings, seminars, training and management meetings. We have safe on-site parking for 20 cars.
We are ideally situated 5km from Pavilion Shopping Centre and Westville Hospital, 2km from University of Durban Westville and 7km from Pinetown, New Germany, Westmead and Derby Downs. And we are a quick 10 minute drive to the ICC and Durban beachfront.

Rooms are outside the main house - with their own entrance. The rooms are equipped with the following: extra length twin beds and one has a king bed, TV's with DStv channels (hotel bouquet) and tea/coffee trays.
