The house has 2 bedrooms downstairs, and 2 upstairs, sharing one full downstairs bathroom, and a bathroom with bath and enclosed shower upstairs. A cosy lounge with fire place and a modern kitchen that is well supplied with everyday needs.The outside garden offers an inside/outside experience in the sheltered braai/dining area. Added to the comfort of the house, your stay in Critchley Common will be peaceful, with gorgeous communal gardens, a duck pond replete with variety of water birds. The community is secure, with gates and remote controlled access so you can leave your car and walk into the Village, to the shops and restaurants on the main road, just a block away.
