Dullstroom Manor is a stunning trout and game farm that offers a wonderful getaway near Dullstroom, Mpumalanga. This welcoming property has been lovingly modernized to include the charming two-bedroom Farm Cottage and the spacious three-bedroom Manor House. Both homes are self-catering and offer a cozy lounge with a fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. Communal areas include a wonderful Lapa which offers a fireplace/bbq area and pizza oven. Guests can enjoy activities such as self games drives, tennis court, cricket pitch, trout fishing in one of three dams and hiking and cycling through the 118 hectares of farmland.

This beautiful, 2 bedroom Farm Cottage is the perfect location for a small family or couples looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is cozy and luxurious, with 2 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom has a fireplace to keep you warm and NETFLIX. The second bedroom has a King Size bed and bunk bed for children. It has a modern lounge and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area. A beautiful fireplace is located in the lounge, keeping the entire cottage warm during those chilly winter nights. There is a TV with NETFLIX for entertainment in the lounge.
Manor House
This spacious 3 bedroom, Farmhouse has lots to offer. The open lounge and dining room has a large fireplace that brings families together with a homey feeling. The main en-suite bedroom has large windows overlooking the farm. The second and third bedroom share an en-suite bathroom with an additional third bathroom in the hallway. The Northern patio is closed off and has a lovely fireplace & braai with a large dining room table to allow families to socialize in comfort during any time of the day or night. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a separate scullery, meaning you don’t need to bring your entire home with you. The farm house has TV’s in all the rooms as well as lounge with NETFLIX. The children’s play area has lots to keep the kiddies entertained while you relax.
