Excelsior Guest Farm

The Country Farmhouse can accommodate up to 15 guests, and contains 6 bedrooms, a large cosy farm kitchen, and a comfortable living area, along with a large outside braai area. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and features an argyle stove, a kettle, a toaster, cutlery and crockery, and glasses. Starter tea, coffee and milk is supplied. A braai grid and braai accessories are provided. The farm house is secluded and offers peace and privacy.

Guests can take a dip in the swimming pool, or in an old reservoir that has been renovated to serve as a swimming pool for those hot summer days.

There is also plenty to keep you busy, and guests can enjoy long walks, hikes, and mountain or off-road biking on the farm.

The Windmill Barn offers a rustic and homey venue for your special occasion. With magnificent bonfires, unique country-side character and warm-hearted hospitality your event will surely be enjoyed by all your guests. Using our on-site seating arrangements we can host 40 - 150 people, but this could vary should you choose to use alternative tables and chairs. We offer bar facilities in the barn.

Glamping caravans are also available. Our comfy, cosy caravans are ideal for those who enjoy the campfire experience without the hassle of pitching a tent. With enough comfort to make you feel like you are sleeping in your own bed, our caravans can accommodate between 2 and 4 guests. Each caravan has a covered patio with outdoor furniture, a braai, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction plate and cutlery and crockery, pots and pans. Each caravan has the option to add tents to its grass site for the more adventurous members of your group. Wonderfully spacious ablutions allow you a beautiful view of the mountains while having your shower.
