AA Badenhorst Family Farm Stay provides unique accommodation on our working wine farm only 1 hour’s drive from Cape Town. Situated on the slopes of the beautiful Paardeberg, between Malmesbury and Wellington and in the heart of the Swartland, our cottages offer an authentic retreat where you can escape the city and enjoy open spaces and fresh air amongst old vineyards. All recently renovated, the rooms are simple, elegant and comfortable. For those seeking a genuine, peaceful and back to basics experience, this is the perfect farm hideaway. Expect the most spectacular views, incredible sunsets, and be prepared for lots of animals….horses, dogs and lots of bird life including peacock and hadidas cries in the mornings.

Winemakers Cottage
Winemakers Cottage sleeps 4 adults + 2 children. Fully equipped for self-catering with 2 bedrooms en-suite. Laze in the hammocks and enjoy the stunning views across the vineyards. Cool off in the large farm dam and watch the sunset over the Swartland.
Silo
Converted original farm Silo building sleeps 2 adults in one room with king size bed. En-suite shower, basin and toilet. Small kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. Wifi. Amazing views across the Swartland.
The Stables Cottage
Sleep in our recently converted farm Stables situated behind the cellar. 2 bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, can sleep 4 adults plus additional adult / kids on request. Cool off in the farm dam and enjoy the moon rise over the mountains.
Melkammer
Converted farm 'milk room' cottage located directly behind the main farmhouse. Sleeps 2 adults in king size bed (can also be split into singles) Sofa bed available for small kids.
