About The Courtyard Cafe Clarens
Clarens is located in the heart of the beautiful Eastern Free State, with stunning views and vista's wherever you look. The Courtyard has prime spot on the square in the centre of town; the location of the rooms allowing guests to securely park their cars at the guest house, and then walk around our beautiful village and visit the many shops, galleries and eateries.
4 double rooms are located on the first floor above the bakery on the ground floor, all with views out over the mountains towards Golden Gate and Lesotho - in winter check out the peaks for signs of snow!! A quaint wooden cottage situated at the back of the property caters for families who wish to stay on a self catering basis.

King Room
This spacious room has a king sized bed which can be split into 2 single beds. The room is equipped with a small bar fridge, water and milk, a tea & coffee tray, fan and TV with Netflix.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN IN THIS ROOM
Queen Room
Room 2 is smaller room with a queen-sized bed. Guests can relax in the comfy tub chairs, open the fold-away patio doors and enjoy the views out towards Golden Gate.The room has a hairdryer, fan, bar fridge, milk and water. WE REGRET NO CHILDREN
Glyns Cottage
This little wooden family cottage is located at the back of the Courtyard property facing on to Roos Street. It has an open plan dining room, kitchenette, and lounge with sliding doors opening onto a small wooden deck. Best suited to a family with kids.
