About Rosenhof Guest House and Self-catering
The Rosenhof Bailiu, the Irish word for collection; so very fitting because of the historical origins of the Irish settlers who came to settle Rosenhof here in our idyllic little town, Clanwilliam in the 17th century. As Clanwilliam has grown into one of the Western Cape's leading destinations, Rosenhof grew with the demands to offer different style types in accommodation.
Rosenhof offers travellers the opportunity to enjoy stylish accommodation of their own choice of the characteristics that make Rosenhof exceptional, with units offering more to the versatile traveller - from units more suitable for families or group bookings, our Loft cabins, The Nut Hut and Garden Cottages cater for these demands, paying less per person, too units more suitable for the business traveller, or romantic getaway with a breakfast included in their stay.
Our GUESTHOUSE OPTION offers business travellers and guests a bed and breakfast option, in our Studio Apartment and in our Old Irish Manor House guest rooms (Superior King Suite, Premium Queen Room and Twin Room), dating back from 1847, boasting with historic charm and architecture!
Our five SELF-CATERING options offer families or group bookings, all your self-catering needs, with fully equipped kitchens, quality linen and towels, private braai areas, safe parking, swimming pool and playground for children, from hairdryers to ironing boards and iron, to housekeeping and a laundry services.
