The lower level of Villa Leeuwenhof is spacious and airy with indoor living areas flowing seamlessly through to outdoor terraces. The front terrace has a comfortable and stylishly furnished outdoor lounge. The dining and lounge areas are divided by a fireplace, and beyond the lounge is the open-plan kitchen making cooking a social affair. This is set in a peaceful garden with a solar-heated swimming pool (not fenced).
At the front of the villa there is a separate TV lounge that creates yet another option for comfortable relaxing. Just beyond it is a double bedroom with a separate bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper level and a second central TV lounge. There are two bedrooms on either side, all with full en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are doubles and the other two have twin beds that can be converted to King.
