The Victorian Style Villa is centrally located in Cape Town - Tamboerskloof. It is a quiet oasis with a large garden in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance of some recommendable restaurants and bars. The famous beaches Camps Bay and Clifton are just ten driving minutes away, as well as the V&A Waterfront. The Villa's ambiance is very charming and is a home for up to six friends or a family with children. Total privacy is combined with superb comfort and charming interior.

The 200 m2 villa stands on a 700 m2 property with a beautiful garden.
The villa has three bedrooms configured as follows: 1x King Size, 1x Queen Size, 1x Twin/King Size. A sleeper couch is also available for a seventh guest.
Maximum of six guests in the villa. Additional guest only on request and subject to the approval of the host.
The pool is solar heated and the right place for a cool refreshment on a hot summer day.
The whole property is surrounded by a six foot evergreen hedge and gives you absolute privacy.
