Superior Suites are situated on the ground floor of the villa.
These suites are ocean-facing and have a small balcony and direct access to Boulders' boardwalk through the house gate.

Endeavor & Grosvenor
Standard Luxury Suites are situated on the ground floor of the villa. These suites are ocean-facing; has a small balcony and direct access to Boulders boardwalk through the house gate.

Bounty & Cutty Sark
Luxury Suites are situated on the upper level of the villa. These suites do not have a balcony but enjoy a sea view.

Victory is the courtyard suite which is located on the middle level on the left-hand side of the villa. This suite does not have a sea view however it has its own private courtyard which enjoys direct access to the social fire pit, reception area and it also has its own access to the parking area.

Tintswalo at Boulders Exclusive Use Villa Option
Tintswalo at Boulders may also be booked exclusively as a private 9-suite villa for fun family getaways, special celebrations or large groups of friends travelling together. A private chef is available on request.
Known for its pristine swimming beaches, and with the colony of penguins as star attraction, the North-facing Tintswalo at Boulders is located on route to Cape Point, enjoying sublime views of the Indian Ocean.
