About The Penthouse on Beach
You really cannot get more exclusive than taking the private elevator from the underground parking lot to the 17th story, only accessible to our astute guests. The Penthouse also offers an amazing view of Table Mountain.
We offer accommodation on a self-catering basis for a maximum of 6 guests with 3 en-suite bedrooms. This modern unit can be rented on an exclusive basis for your family or a group of friends who enjoy the high life.
There are a spacious kitchen and lounge area to be enjoyed and once you open the living room's sliding doors, you walk out onto the large balcony overlooking Blouberg Beach.
We do have a pool, but unfortunately, it is not in use at the moment, due to water restrictions.
A modern stairway leads you to our upper floor that accommodates our three superb accommodation rooms, as well as a small lounge.
The Penthouse boasts a centric location. A mere fifteen minutes’ drive takes you to Cape Town’s legendary Waterfront. You are also conveniently close to the Winelands, which can be reached in approximately thirty minutes. Moreover, the Penthouse’s immediate surroundings offer a number of excellent restaurants, boutiques and activities within walking distance.
